Daily Stock Updates
We update stock levels daily based on our suppliers, minimizing the risk of unavailable items and refunds.
The Truth About Our Stock
We don’t stock everything, but with over 5,000 items on hand, we’re well-equipped. For additional products, we order daily from our Australian suppliers to save you money.
Order Timing and Delivery
Unlike other companies, we don’t wait until the end of the week to place orders. We order every day at 10 AM, reducing wait times on those urgent parts. Orders after 10 AM are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Australia - sourced items: Typically 2-4 days, shipped via DHL with swift delivery to our Wellington office.
- USA - sourced items: Ordered twice weekly, typically arriving 3-4 days after order. These items are dispatched from our Wellington office on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- NZ - sourced items: Dispatched daily.
